Leave Support Service

We introduced our new Leave Support Service at ACP 2025—temporary coverage when a doctor’s onsite staff is out.

This works alongside the reliever process you're already familiar with, which we’re now calling the No Absentee Service when a VMA is on leave.

What’s new? We’re bringing in VMA subject matter experts for coverage. With their background in different workflows and systems, it’s easier for them to settle in where support is needed.

 

After Hours Hotline 

We understand that patient needs can extend beyond office hours. This service gives them a way to schedule visits, ask questions, or get help with care instructions—even when your clinic is closed.

Iloilo HQ Renovation

We’re renovating our Iloilo headquarters to create a better space for collaboration, training, and long-term growth. As our team grows, we want to make sure they have the environment they need to do good work and support your practice.

Young at Art: Next Gen Creators

Our Young at Art Program (YAP) is back for its third year. There will be creative sessions in pottery, painting, dance, and music for employees’ kids and relatives, ages 8–15. Spread across several sites, the program runs for three months and wraps up with a final showcase. It’s a fun program for kids to try something new and share it with their families.

More Ways to Connect Beyond Work

We’ve kicked off small clubs that bring staff together across different departments and sites around shared interests outside of work. So far, we have groups for running, reading, pet lovers, badminton, new moms, and hiking. It’s a simple way for our staff to connect outside the day-to-day.
