Address patient questions and concerns about referrals, insurance, service fees, and appointments
Our Learning Resource Center (LRC) captures the skills of our many family medical VMAs. We use that to develop courses and labs to enhance the skills of incoming nursing staff. This equips our staff with a broad range of skills, ensuring smooth integration into clients’ practices. Upon completion, evaluations and expert feedback are provided to ensure readiness for client support.
