All payments will be made through Intuit’s payment network via bank draft. If the Client pays using the bank draft option, a 10% discount on all services will be given. Payment methods outside the Quicken Payment network require prior approval by Xillium. If the payment method results in paper checks then the 10% discount will not be given.
Xilium will send an invoice via email approximately 6 days before payment is due. If payment is not received by the 15th of the following month, we will send an invoice charging an additional 10% late fee. If the outstanding invoice and late fee are not paid by the end of the month, the service will be discontinued on the first of the following month.
