“Xillium helped me grow my business in ways that wouldn't have been possible without becoming a part of their team. My collaboration with the VMAs is essential to our success. I appreciate the peace of mind they provide with their management support. taking care of any technical issues or challenges through their support team and freeing me from that burden. I’m grateful to Xillium for allowing me to be a part of their team. I hope that we can continue to grow together in a great way."

Beyond Virtual

We were thrilled to have Russell Howard visit our office—an effort we greatly appreciate. It was a great opportunity to connect on a deeper level. We shared some quality time, enjoyed some Filipino dishes, and learned about his experiences with Filipino cuisine and travel. There’s nothing like connecting face-to-face with our clients.

Russell Howard is the owner of Center State Wellness and we’ve worked with him for over two years. We were thrilled when he visited our office—an effort we greatly appreciate. It was a great opportunity to connect on a deeper level. We shared some quality time, enjoyed some Filipino dishes, and learned about his experiences with Filipino cuisine and travel. His visit was a valuable opportunity to strengthen our bond beyond virtual interactions. There’s nothing like connecting face-to-face with our clients.

Personal Connection With Philippines

Russell had visited the country before. To make this visit just as memorable, we took him to some must-visit dining spots where he shared some of his travels. Among the stories he shared, one trip that stood out was the one that took him to Kalinga, a province tucked away in the northern part of the Philippines. It’s a spot well-known to locals and foreigners alike for its rich culture and the country’s oldest tribal tattoo artist at 106 years old, Apo Whang-od. Inspired by Russell's stories, our staff shared their own travels and some even considered a future trip to Kalinga. These shared stories led to a stronger bond, blending our professional work with a mutual appreciation for Filipino culture and traditions.

A Client Visit to Remember

Russell’s visit allowed us to reflect on how the way we do things has impacted his practice. We are proud to have made a difference. We collaborate with our clients to ensure our support system is responsive and aligned to their needs and goals. Through extensive staff training, we equip our virtual medical assistants with the necessary skills to excel in any practice. We provide custom training to meet practice specific needs. We are physically present with an extensive support team for both staff and clients.

We love meeting our clients in-person. Attending medical conferences in the US allows us more opportunities to visit our clients. These interactions give us firsthand insights into the impact of our services on their practices and identify potential areas for improvement.
