Xillium partnered with fitness experts as a part of our ongoing wellness program. We aim to help our staff kickstart their fitness journey and make healthy choices a part of their daily routine.
Our latest initiative is Project Fit. It is designed to be engaging and fun, with the goal of helping our staff build healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Staff are challenged to share their daily routines. Through this challenge, our staff will follow daily workout routines, including yoga flows, meal plans, and fitness tips shared by our team of fitness experts. By following these healthy habits for a month, our staff will be inspired to take on healthier lifestyles, both physically and mentally.
As we strive to create a culture of wellness, we recently hosted a virtual seminar with Coach June Alba, a fitness and strength and conditioning coach with over ten years of experience. Coach June shared insights on why exercising is important, tips for beginners, and proper diet. He emphasized that exercise is a form of self-love, and we should all make it a priority in our daily lives.

Liezel is a senior writer at Xillium, holding a degree in literature. Prior to joining the company, she spent six years mentoring foreign Asian students to improve their English communication skills in a web-based education. Her academic involvement included developing and revising instructional materials and content.
